Our Verification Tiers

1. Verified Contacts — Free
This is our entry-level verification, and it's completely free. It confirms that your phone number is real and reachable, giving buyers extra confidence that they can get in touch with you directly. It's a quick way to show you're an active, responsive seller on the platform.

2. Professional / Corporate Verified
This is our highest level of trust, available for a one-time fee of TZS 25,000. It's reserved for registered agents, agencies, and companies who provide their TRA TIN (Tax Identification Number) and BRELA registration / business license. This badge tells buyers they're working with a properly licensed real estate professional or business — ideal for agents and corporate sellers who want to stand out.

Verification Can Be Revoked

Verification is a mark of trust, and MakaziMapya.com reserves the right to remove any verification badge — Verified Contacts or Professional/Corporate Verified — at any time, at our sole discretion, if we find it necessary (for example, due to outdated information, misuse of the platform, or failure to meet our verification standards). Fees paid for Professional/Corporate Verified are non-refundable if verification is revoked.
